IDE Hard Disk Drive
The Sonar 2031 DSP Processor uses Microsoft Windows NT running on an Intel Pentium CPU.
The 3.5" Hard Disk Drive is connected the the
CPU card IDE connector, and contains the Operating System and program files required by Sonar 2031. A
standard IDE drive of at least 20Gb is suitable for Sonar 2031 - ideally without the lid removed.
